I have taken my car to Adams for a while now. Ronny always makes me aware of the cost range for the job if there is a repair I need to do. This job was replacing my wiper motor which was a lot but needed to be done since rainy season is coming. He had the job done in a day. Ronnie is good about communicating length of time needed to do repair work.

I brought in older car with suspension issues. They honored an outdated coupon for new tires. Gave me excellent service and worked with me to prioritize issues based on my budget. Returned car to me a day faster than expected. Fast and friendly and local to me. I will be a returning customer for sure.

Hello, I was experiencing some inconsistency with my vehicle's operation while driving it. I contacted Mr. Ronnie Lewis, Service Advisor for Adams Autoworx, Albany Auto Service and he scheduled an appointment. After bringing my vehicle in, I was informed of the recommended services to be performed and the next steps to determine if there was any issues related to the inconsistency I cited. I left my vehicle and when I returned later that same day, I am pleased to report, the work performed was done timely, there was not any issues other than the work performed and once again, I am pleased with the service results.
