My young daughter and I walked into Adams Autowork without an appointment because my car was overheating and I urgently needed to figure out the problem. They were busy with tons of repair jobs and only had 2 mechanics that day. There is never a good time for car trouble but my daughter was starting school in 2 days so I was more than a little stressed. Ronnie said not to worry... he'd take a look at it and let me know what the issue was as soon as possible. Thankfully, he called within a few hours to explain what was needed and my car was ready the next day. He did a full inspection (including photos of car parts) and patiently explained which repairs I should consider sooner and which ones could wait a little longer. Thank you so much, Ronnie and the entire team for such a great experience!
