The staff is knowledgeable, reslectful, and very helpful. They always keept me informed of the repairs that was completed. They also completed extra work without charging.

After I had repairs done at Adam Autoworx, one of the main concerns I had, which was that the up view display on my Prius would be black even when running this seemed to also make the car not turn off. I have previously had multiple people and businesses try to figure out what the issue is to no avail. So, when it was still a problem after the other work was expertly done I was disappointed but not surprised. But I was delighted that when Adam's Auto followed up to see if I was happy with their maintenance work and I let them know that while the work they had done was great, this display and stopping issue was still happening, Ronnie immediately ask me to bring it back at no cost to me and found the issue. I appreciate their high bar of self-accountability they use to find and address all the issues my 16 year old Prius had developed rather than being happy with most getting care of, and I believe that thanks to Adam's Autoworx diagnostic =abilities, I will happily have this vehicle for years longer.

Thanks for wonderful Service. I stayed on with the change of ownership because I trust Ronnie I figured he would only work for a company that was ethical and professional. I also liked the holiday gift certificate sent to me to invite me to continue. As usual leased with service and they checked everything to make sure I would be safe not just problem I came in about Adams is now my go to lacefor car service

I loved and trusted Nipon and was sad to see Tom go. Since Ronnie was still in charge I stayed on and can happily say as Adams autoworx. They are equally fantastic. It’s wonderful to get the full diagnostic electronically. I will definitely be a return customer but hopefully not too soon. Their welcoming holiday coupon for $50 was a generous welcoming gesture as well. Thanks for the great service

After researching, looking at reviews etc....I had a big ask, called Adams Auto and reached Ronnie/Service Manager. I had a big ask: considering purchasing a used vehicle w/ high miles. I hoped for a quality vehicle inspection and evaluation, on real short notice, during a Pandemic and around Holidays. Good luck with that, Son. They were helpful and informative when I was in a squeezed crunch time. Excellent work, knowledge and follow-up for me. Loved these guys, thank you Ronnie and crew :).
