Ronnie could be a private investigator! He used his sleuth skills to solve the puzzle of my car not starting (hint: it wasn't the starter). He researched and found the part needed at a better price than the list price, whew! Ronnie juggles a lot of responsibilities and has that unusual combination of skills - relating and communicating effectively and being a great mechanic. I'm impressed by his desire to help and to lessen the sting of getting major and unexpected repair work. I think I got a fair price for the amount of time and effort that was put into fixing my car. I'll be back. Thank you! P.S. Ronnie could use an assistant to help with the front desk so he's not so bogged down by juggling phone calls, paper work and customer questions. Best auto shop I've ever been to. Squeezed me in for a same-day lookover, gave me a locals discount, literally physically showed me everything they found on my vehicle, tech-savvy, modern web services, digital copy of report -- what repair shops should have been a long time ago.

Ronnie and the staff of Adams Autoworx go out of their way to make the whole experience transparent, straight forward, and as easy as possible. From their clear initial diagnostic with photos and levels of urgency via text and/or email, I really appreciate knowing the whole picture before signing off on any work. They stick to your budget and give you honest advice for what's needed and when. I know take both of my cars there (Prius and Honda van) and I am a satisfied customer. The service was good, the car is running well. My only problem was the cost, aside from that they did a very good job.
