My vehicle has been there before. I was a new customer. I unfortunately came significantly late to my drop off appointment. I was prepared for them to keep my vehicle overnight due to my tardiness. They still got the job done the same day all the way down to the last minute before closing. They sent a Lyft to pick me up and I was quickly put back on the road. They helped me prioritize up coming maintenance to be sentivie towards my pocket book. What was really satisfying I gave them a limit of spending and they still saved me $125. Ronnie is very nice and helpful. I will continue to contact them for all my needs for my vehicle. Thank you 😊

I just received my first ever plastic junk mail. Karmakanix was a Berkeley based business, and apparently Adams Autoworx is in Albany, but your marketing team must not be from around here. There's no reason this needed to be made of plastic. Please don't do this again!

I needed a leak in one tire fixed. I dropped in and Ronnie was able to find the leak and have the tire fixed 50 minutes before his estimated time. He put this small job ahead of other jobs and it was much appreciated.

I had a flat tire and needed to get it fixed without delay. I was promised a fast service and the shop kept their promise. The tire was fixed in 20 minutes after my arrival. Great service
