Great service overall. My first time going to Adams. Ronnie was great and he provided excellent services. He was upfront with the services, costs and timing of everything. The one issue I had was that their 10% discount coupon for first time customers have restrictions on it, but it is not mentioned on the coupon itself. I thought that was a bit misleading if the 10% discount is only $10 on a $1300 bill. However, Ronnie came to the rescue and made things right by honoring the face value of the coupon at 10% off for the first visit. He is aware of the issue of not having the restrictions fine printed on the coupon and did make things right for the customer. I appreciate that.

I had an awesome experience at Adams Autoworx. I was on a road trip and originally came in for a squeaking steering wheel. A full inspection only revealed the need for some minor repairs. Once these were complete, I didn't feel like the original issue had been resolved, so I called back. Ronnie made sure my concerns were resolved by looking at my car again, identifying the parts of my car experiencing some wear and tear causing the noise, and assuring me that my that my car was safe to drive. It was clear that Adams Autoworks will go out of their way to make sure all of their customers' concerns are resolved. THANK YOU Ronnie, Tenzien, and team for your work!
