Excellent service. Glad I found a new repair shop.

Needed an inspection for a vehicle I was looking to buy. Came on a Monday. Place was a zoo. They got it done for me quickly, and enabled me to make a good purchasing decision. They've also helped me with purchasing a different vehicle. And historically, I took my car here before the new ownership, but it seems the transition has been seamless, if not better.

This was our first time at Adams received great service from the service manager Ronnie Lewis. He was knowledgeable, experienced and personal. He listened to our concerns, wrote down what the problem was, said he would contact shortly and followed through with an email and call detailing what he discovered. It was great service!

Ronnie could be a private investigator! He used his sleuth skills to solve the puzzle of my car not starting (hint: it wasn't the starter). He researched and found the part needed at a better price than the list price, whew! Ronnie juggles a lot of responsibilities and has that unusual combination of skills - relating and communicating effectively and being a great mechanic. I'm impressed by his desire to help and to lessen the sting of getting major and unexpected repair work. I think I got a fair price for the amount of time and effort that was put into fixing my car. I'll be back. Thank you! P.S. Ronnie could use an assistant to help with the front desk so he's not so bogged down by juggling phone calls, paper work and customer questions. Save him for the important stuff - explaining what's going on with your car and helping you understand why the work needs to get done or can wait. Best regards, Patrice

Best auto shop I've ever been to. Squeezed me in for a same-day lookover, gave me a locals discount, literally physically showed me everything they found on my vehicle, tech-savvy, modern web services, digital copy of report -- what repair shops should have been a long time ago.
