The rear trunk lid lock service I received for my 2014 VW Beetle was done very quickly and at a savings for other estimates I had received. Ronnie, the service desk manager was very professional in his demeanor in writing up my service order. I will consider them for future service for my Beetle and they are approved by my AAA Insurance Company

I liked being sent a link where I was able to see a checklist of what was looked at on my car and what checked out okay and what issues needed to be worked on. It was also nice to see photos of areas of wear and leaks.

These guys are skilled with their caring of my BMW and Management (the owner Bill and Service Manager Ronnie) are trustworthy, competent and reliable who take care of me and my car. I'm a woman who has to develop a trust with these types of businesses because I have lack of knowledge with the maintenance of my car. I've been with these guys for 3 years now. And their prices are surprisingly honest with the outstanding work they perform.

My AC died in late July, right before I was scheduled to drive with my two(heat-sensitive) dogs across the USA. Nobody in the entire San Francisco Bay area had the part needed to repair my AC. However, Bill & Ronny took pity on my situation and found the part, installed it, and had me ready to pack my car for our cross-country trip by 4 pm. These guys worked a miracle, as my car's AC made it through some VERY hot states and is still gong strong.

We are so grateful to have had the help of Ronnie in a mysterious car situation. We had the engine replaced before moving out to California. Recently the car started making a terrible noise and wouldn't shift out of second gear. Ronnie not only identified what the problem was but also help us document through photos and short explanatory videos the error made by the shop that replaced the engine. This help resulted in the original garage taking full responsibility for the error and sending us the amount we paid to have it repaired by Adams Auto Worxs. The manager of the original shop said the videos and explanation by Ronnie convinced them that this was their error. We are so lucky to have found this excellent shop and team. Thank you Ronnie!
