Great and professional technician

Ronnie took my car in ASAP and was able to diagnose the problem before the shop would be closed a whole week for the holidays. I was in a rental and concerned about having more cost by keeping the rental and additional week. Ronnie got a response to me on the status of my car about 24 hours later, and I was able to make an informed choice on how to move forward. Ronnie also remembered me from my last service visit which is very valuable these days. I am not always an easy customer and he has been patient and kind. Thank you Ronnie for all that you do!
